​Introducing Gregory Harris:  Experienced Business Advisor, Writer and Consultant

 Gregory is an experienced Executive in the High Tech arena.  Having worked in upper management at IBM and Wang computers Greg has used his experience to develop relationships and support of Hi Tech product projects for numerous years.  His customers included IBM, Belkin, U.S. Robotics, 3COM, Diebold, Nortel, Alcatel, Philips, AVAYA, Palm, DELL, Danaher, Mitel, Teradyne, Apple, JABIL and Waters.

Gregory was instrumental in the implementation of teams in the culture at Ault Incorporated a Minneapolis based company.  These empowered teams worked effectively as self governing business units to the success of the company, under the guidance and support of the executive team.  It was here that Gregory further learned and enhanced his abilities to coach and encourage cross functional and cross cultural working relationships to the success of both individuals and the teams.  
 
His understanding of market trends and the customers in communication and computing hardware has allowed him to position his customers with cost effective reliable solutions for their marketplace.  Under his leadership the company gained sole supplier status with 46% of their customers and awards from Philips Global, Philips Medical, Draeger Medical, Mitel and GE Medical.
